Introduction to Apliqo UX


The purpose of this document is to give the reader and the user of Apliqo UX  an insight of the application and to server as a guide and help the user in his or her interaction with the tool.

This document will walk through the entire set of functionalities of the application, as well as all the available reports, templates and dashboard which are available through the application

What is Apliqo?

The Apliqo Suite is an integrated system of financial modules and easy to build, user-friendly applications for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Apliqo is the application that will take your organization beyond the basic decision-making framework by unifying information from a wide array of business processes using Unified Performance Management. Facilitate management alignment with driver-based planning, a method of financial modelling based on high-impact business drivers. Integrate planning, reporting and analytics across all business functional areas.

The Apliqo Suite user-friendly and easy to build planning templates and reports are developed leveraging the experience from hundreds of customer projects. Bringing together into an enterprise grade application both state-of-the-art front-end user experiences, using Canvas for TM1, and best-practice modelling techniques such as driver-based integrated planning.


Apliqo UX can be accessed from any device which has installed an up to date or recent version of one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended browser)
  • Opera (recommended browser)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Please note that older versions of these browsers, or other old browsers, such as Internet Explorer are not supported.

Apliqo UX can be used on mobile devices (smartphones or tables) which have one of the compatible browsers installed. Please keep in mind that some functionalities will be partially available, or not available at all on mobile devices.
